“Our body is our temple. It guides us, but not with words, to really come home to ourselves. If we don't care for ourselves, if we don't listen deeply, we lose the connection to our inner world and end up stuck trying to survive in unsustainable realities.” — Helene Lindmark

Biography

Helene Lindmark is a wisdom keeper from the Arctic North, carrying a lineage rooted in her tapestry of Sámi and Northern heritage, woven through the ancestral lands of minority peoples above the Arctic Circle. A ceremonial leader grounded in the forest, she bridges ancestral traditions with modern approaches to foster healing, resilience, and reconnection. Being a living bridge between polarities, Helene listens deeply, observing, hearing, and allowing trust to emerge from within. She softly weaves people back to their essence, inviting the inner compass to guide them home. Home to the heart, to love, and to the beauty that lives within and around us. With a background in social work, psychiatry, and indigenous leadership, she offers trauma-informed guidance to individuals and communities. A respected voice in global wisdom circles, Helene empowers others to walk in harmony with the Earth, their origins, and the living spirit of the land.
